Manual snapshot

run_tax_snapshot.sh — run a one-off tax snapshot on demand, writing a dated markdown file into data/snapshots/ and updating the index.

Scheduled automatic daily snapshots

The schedule/ directory holds the auto-daily daemon (daemon.py), its SCHEDULING.md docs, and start/stop/status control scripts.

Data refresh / validation
